Greenhaus never takes a percentage of your rent, security deposits, late fees, utilities, owner contributions, management fees, reimbursements, or ordinary vendor payments. We make money on the platform subscription and on optional financial services — never by skimming the money you’re obligated to move.

Greenhaus has one plan. Every capability is included, and your price changes only with your active-unit count. Nobody has to upgrade to unlock features.
Is there an annual discount?
Greenhaus is billed monthly at launch. There is no annual commitment; annual prepay may be added later.
What counts as an active unit?
Your subscription is billed from your organization's live active-unit count each month.
Do you charge payment fees?
Bank payments carry no Greenhaus transaction fee. Card payments carry a 3.25% card processing fee, shown before payment, and it goes to covering the processing—not to Greenhaus. Optional instant payouts are priced at 1.5%.
